NASHVILLE NATIVE + CREATIVE

Since graduating from Sewanee: The University of the South with a BS in Geology and a minor in Hydrology, I have garnered 5+ years of experience in the garden and house plant industry.

I was one of the first employees in Creekside’s house plant shop, worked seasonally at both Hewitt Garden and Design Center and on the farm at Green Door Gourmet, and most recently served as a member of the Botanical Design Services Team at Gardens of Babylon. Through these jobs and more, I have honed a range of skills that allow me to bring any vision to life.

Plants and flowers have been a passion of mine from a young age, as my mother and her mother have worked as florists and cultivated beautiful gardens of their own. Both grandparents on my father’s side were prolific gardeners as well, always excited to show me their new blooms. Nothing grounds me more than having my hands in the soil; allowing me to reap the benefits of what I have sowed for years to come.

My favorite houseplants are orchids, and while they can be intimidating, I absolutely love teaching others to care for and enjoy them as well.

I can’t wait to help you grow!
